Why MRO exists.

MRO Administration & Services B.V. was founded in 2024 by Mariangela Oleana. After her Business Economics degree at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, Mariangela gained extensive experience in the field.

Together with our team, we support entrepreneurs and private individuals across the BES islands with their administration, bookkeeping, payroll and tax services. With personal involvement, professional organisation and knowledge of BES legislation, we provide reliable administrative services that fit your business. How we work

From first meeting to
tax support.

  1. Personal contact

    It starts with an introductory meeting. Together, we determine which administrative services best suit your business, tailored to your specific wishes and needs. We build our client relationships on mutual trust, with a personal approach and genuine commitment.

  2. Administration

    We take the administrative burden off your hands: bookkeeping, bank and cash transactions, accounts receivable and payable, payroll administration and compiling the annual accounts. A well-organised administration saves you time and money and gives you a clear overview.

  3. Tax support

    We prepare your tax returns, including wage tax (LB) and premiums, general expenditure tax (ABB), profit tax (OPB), and, where applicable, income tax (IB). We provide financial and tax advice in accordance with the BES tax legislation, helping you avoid unexpected surprises down the line.
